The college continues to be a leading teaching institution offering courses in a wide range of disciplines since 1995 at this locality. The college has seven major subjects and other sixteen general subjects. Scholarship of Minority, OBC, SC,ST, students of this college are provided by govt. It has an NSS unit also.

The prime vision of the college is to become a leading college in the newly formed Hojai district. The establishment of Udali college was the culmination of a prolonged movement by the people of Bamungaon, Pipal Pukhuri, Hawaipur, Tiniali, Nakhuti, Natun Bazar, Udali for an institution of higher education from their own capacity.
